King Von

KingKing Von was actually Dayvon Daquan Bennett. King Von was born in Chicago on August 9, 1994, and was the son of Walter and Taesha. There were three brothers and two sisters from his maternal grandmother. The father of the child had six half siblings. Due to his father's many hours in jail, Bennett was mostly taken care of by his mom. When he was 11, he was in jail at the time his dad was gunned down and shot dead. In the age of 16, Bennett did his first time in the jail, which was the beginning of a long series of encounters with law enforcement. He was awarded college credit through South Suburban College. Bennett was determined to get back on track after further legal trouble. After collaborating in a band with Lil Durk, Bennett released "Welcome to O'Block" the only album he had. But, an album that was posthumously titled "What It's Like to Be King" came out in March 2022.
